“Sightseeing” features three photographs sourced from various online adult content platforms.

Printed by a lottery ticket manufacturer, the images of amateur actors are hidden beneath a layer of scratch-off silver ink.

"The synergy between the bait of candid intimacy and the mirror's stalking eye serves to reevaluate the supposedly passive and innocuous act of 'just looking. Habitually consumed in mutual anonymity, wiped from browser and memory immediately after, here the images urge you to confirm your position by confirming theirs. The temptation of uncovering the explicit acts of unidentified men converts the mindlessness of pleasure seeking into an active evaluation of one's gaze. The simultaneous spotlight of the mirror implicates the viewer into a perpetual circuit of watching and being watched. By reflecting back the act of peering into intimate moments, the installation extends an understanding of voyeurism as an intentional act of generating one's own coherence."
